Ryan Goldstein has spent 22 years in New York City real estate — walking the blocks, studying the building stock, building landlord relationships, and developing a street-level understanding of how the city's commercial market actually operates. He founded FWDRE to solve a problem he saw repeatedly: hospitality operators — restaurants, bars, wellness brands, experiential retail — were being served by brokerages that didn't understand their world.
